Dr. Dennis Nikitow has practiced chiropractic for over 26 years in one of the largest cash practices in the country. He is the founder of the original Cash Practice Seminar, the Ultimate Certainty Seminar and Certainty Practice Products. Dr. Nikitow is one of the most sought after teachers in the chiropractic world, teaching for not only chiropractic colleges and associations, but for the largest, most well known practice management groups and seminars in the world. He has trained over 29k Chiropractors in the last 18 years with his unique communication system. Most of the largest practices in the world (500 + patient visits per week) use his proven communication strategies, Posters, Pamphlets and tapes to reposition the public's perception of chiropractic from a back pain therapy to an essential part of their health care team. Dr. Nikitow's programs focus of success through relationships and balance with family, work and God. Although he has been given numerous awards including chiropractor of the year, he claims his greatest accomplishment to be his marriage to wife Sandi and their six children.
